Payments are accepted in GBP, USD, and EUR. For clients in India, local arrangements can be made via our partners under compliance.
We work with clients from all over the world. We communicate with them through email, phone, video calls, or any other preferred method. We listen to their needs, preferences, and goals for their projects. We provide them with proposals, samples, feedback, and updates throughout the production process. We deliver the final product according to their specifications and satisfaction.
As involved as you like. Our workflow is designed to keep you in the loop — from initial moodboards and concept art to scene layout and final reviews.
Our revision policy is to provide you with unlimited revisions until you are completely satisfied with your project. We value your feedback and input and we want you to be happy with the final product. If you have any changes or suggestions for your project, please let us know as soon as possible and we will make them accordingly.

Our quality assurance policy is to ensure that our projects meet or exceed your expectations and standards. We use the best tools and technologies available to create high-quality and diverse visual media. We also test and review our projects thoroughly before delivering them to you.
Our refund policy is to offer you a full or partial refund if you are not satisfied with your project for any reason. If you have any issues or concerns with your project, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we will try our best to resolve them. If we cannot resolve them, we will issue you a refund according to the terms of our agreement.
We charge for our services based on the type, size, scope, and complexity of the project. We offer a wide range of services that can suit your needs and budget. You can choose to work with us on a full production or just a part of it. We provide you with a quote before we start working on your project.
We currently operate as a remote-first studio. On-site meetings may be possible in the UK by appointment, depending on project scope and availability.
