We currently operate as a remote-first studio. On-site meetings may be possible in the UK by appointment, depending on project scope and availability.

Within reasonable limits, yes. Changes before final production stages are possible, and terms will be discussed in your project agreement.

Not at the moment. However, we’re always open to working with talented freelancers, remote artists, and part-time collaborators on a project basis. Feel free to share your portfolio through our careers page.

We’re especially interested in collaborators for:
– Concept Art & Storyboarding
– 3D Modeling & Layout
– Animation (2D/3D)
– AI-assisted visual development
– Motion Design & Editing

Yes. If you have reference material, raw footage, 3D assets, or partial concepts, we can integrate them into the pipeline as long as they meet technical specs.

Yes. Reasonable post-delivery support is included, such as minor edits, format conversions, or consultation regarding output usage.

To pay for your order, please use one of the following methods:

Depending on the project, we use tools like Maya, Blender, After Effects, Unreal Engine, and AI-powered systems. Frame.io is our primary platform for media sharing, reviews, and approvals.

Yes. We’ve handled multilingual media content, including subtitles, translations, and cultural adaptation for international campaigns.

Payments are accepted in GBP, USD, and EUR. For clients in India, local arrangements can be made via our partners under compliance.

Our refund policy is to offer you a full or partial refund if you are not satisfied with your project for any reason. If you have any issues or concerns with your project, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we will try our best to resolve them. If we cannot resolve them, we will issue you a refund according to the terms of our agreement.

MCA Timber is officially based in Brindleyplace, Birmingham (UK). This is currently our primary point of contact for UK operations.
